How activations work and what you pay

Reward Disco Crews that show up at your place. You only pay for Crews that come.

An activation invites Disco Crews to get together at your venue during a window you choose, like Saturday from noon to 8 PM. Crews that show up earn the reward you set. You don't host or organize anything.

  1. 1Post your terms: where, when, the reward per Disco Crew, and how many members must come together.
  2. 2Pick your audience: invite specific Disco Crews, or open it to Crews near your venue.
  3. 3Disco reviews it and you reserve the maximum through a secure link.
  4. 4Disco Crews claim a spot (first come, first served), then meet up at your place in the window.
  5. 5Disco verifies each gathering and pays the Disco Crews that showed up, with their monthly payout.
  6. 6After it ends, you're charged only for what was earned.

What you pay

Disco earns 20% of the rewards Disco Crews actually earn, with a $10 campaign minimum that only applies once at least one Crew shows up. If nobody comes, you pay nothing, fee included.

Hold, then charge

If the activation ends within 7 days of paying, Disco places a hold on your card for the maximum instead of charging it. When it ends, Disco charges only what was earned and releases the rest; the hold shows as “Card held” until then. Longer activations are charged upfront and what isn't earned comes back (as Disco credit by default).

Example: $25 per Disco Crew, up to 10 Crews
Most you can spend (held)$300
7 Disco Crews show up: you pay$210
Released, never charged$90

One Disco Crew at $25 reserves $35: the $25 reward plus the $10 minimum fee.

Start from an upcoming game in one click, or repeat an activation weekly. Each week is reviewed, paid and tracked on its own.
