Is there a subscription or setup fee?

No. The account is free. You pay only for the sponsorships, activations and promotions you run, and ticketed events pay a fee per ticket sold.

What does claiming my venue cost?

Nothing. Claiming your venue is free: a Verified check, your venue profile, a verified map pin, followers and venue activity. You only pay for the campaigns you run.

When can I sell tickets?

You can set up events and free RSVPs now. Ticket sales open when Plans launch in the Disco app, and the final ticket fee is set before then.

When do I pay?

Nothing is charged when you send or submit. Sponsorships are paid after the Disco Crew accepts and Disco approves. Activations and promotions are paid after Disco approves them, before they go live.

What if a Disco Crew doesn't show up?

Sponsorships: everything comes back, fee included, as Disco credit by default. Activations: you only pay for Disco Crews that showed up, plus Disco's 20%; if none did, nothing is charged.

How do refunds work?

Money that comes back is returned as Disco credit by default: the full amount, applied to your next purchase. Prefer card refunds? Switch in Billing settings, or ask for any credit back on your card. You see every charge, hold and credit on the campaign's page.

Do I pay the maximum for an activation upfront?

For activations that end within 7 days, no: Disco places a hold for the maximum and charges only what Disco Crews earn when it ends. The rest of the hold is released. Longer activations are charged upfront, and what isn't earned comes back.

What if my promotion isn't seen?

Promotions come with a delivery guarantee. If fewer unique members view it than 10% of the members you paid to reach, the shortfall comes back as Disco credit, in proportion. Disco also shares 10% of what a promotion earns with the Disco Crews that carried it, from Disco's side; your price doesn't change.

Can prices change?

These are launch prices. Whatever price you agree to is locked in for that sponsorship or campaign.
