What is a Disco Crew?
A group on Disco of friends or fans who meet up in real life, often to watch their team. Disco Crews range from a handful of friends to supporter clubs with hundreds of members.
Is there a subscription?
No. The account is free and you pay only for what you run. A premium plan may come later, but it will never be required.
Which solution should I start with?
Want your brand on a Disco Crew? Sponsorships. Want groups at your place? Activations. Have a deal to share? Promotions. Hosting something? Events & Ticketing. Compare them.
What does claiming my venue do?
It's free. Once Disco verifies you manage the place, you get a Verified check, your own venue profile, a verified pin on the map with a live count, followers and venue activity, and you can host events and run perks there. It manages your venue's Disco page, not the Disco Crews or events that meet there.
Who sees my event?
When Plans launch, public events show on Plans Discover in your city, the map, your venue or business page and search (game-day events also on the team's pages), and your followers can be notified. The share link works without the app.
Can I sell tickets?
Yes. Host a launch, live music, a tasting, a class, a watch party or anything else as a Disco event, free or ticketed, with a 7% + 99¢ fee per ticket paid by the buyer. Set up events now; ticket sales open when Plans launch in the app. Events & Ticketing.
What if a Disco Crew doesn't show up?
If a sponsored Disco Crew doesn't get together, everything comes back as Disco credit. With activations you're only charged for Disco Crews that show up; the rest of the hold is released.
Do I see who's in a Disco Crew?
No. You see totals: members, how many got together, clicks. Never names, contacts or anyone's location. Groups under 5 are never shown.
