When Plans launch

Recognition on the crew's Plans

Once crews can post social events as Plans, your name appears on the ones they host during your 30 days. The crew never has to create a Plan.

Previews of how sponsorships look on the web and in the Disco app; they launch with the first sponsorships. Disco guarantees your placements and the announcement are published, and that the crew's funding only unlocks after a verified gathering. It doesn't guarantee views, opens or taps. Numbers are illustrative.

What you get

  • Your logo, name, tagline and link on the Disco Crew's page in the Disco app and on the web.
  • An announcement to the Disco Crew's members when you go live, written by Disco.
  • Proof they got together: when, where and how many, verified by check-ins. Never who.
  • Clicks on your link, and room for your own promo code.

What you pay

The Disco Crew's money, plus 15% ($10 minimum).

  • You choose each Disco Crew's amount, from $50. Listings suggest one by Crew size.
  • The Disco Crew gets 100% of it. Disco's fee is added on top.
  • If the Disco Crew doesn't get together within 30 days, you get everything back, fee included.

Good to know

Who decides if my sponsorship goes ahead?
The Disco Crew's organizer accepts or declines, and Disco checks every deal. You only pay for the ones that are approved.
What counts as getting together?
Enough members checking in at the same place at the same time, verified by Disco. Bigger Disco Crews need more people; every Crew sees its target up front.
What if they never get together?
Everything comes back, including Disco's fee, as Disco credit by default (or to your card, if you prefer). Your placements still ran for the 30 days at no cost.
Can I sponsor several Disco Crews?
Yes. Add as many as you like to your cart and send them together; each Disco Crew answers on its own. Explore Disco Crews.
Do I see who's in the Disco Crew?
No. You see totals only: members, how many got together, clicks. Never names, contacts or anyone's location.
