Activations

Get Disco Crews to come to your place.

Offer a reward for groups that show up at your venue during a game or an event. No sponsorship, no hosting, no picking Disco Crews one by one if you don't want to. You only pay for Crews that actually come.

How it works.

4 steps. Disco handles approvals, verification and payments.

01

Post your terms

Pick your place and time, often an upcoming game, and a reward like $25 per Disco Crew.
02

Choose who sees it

Invite the Disco Crews you pick, or open it to Crews near you.
03

Disco Crews show up

Disco Crews claim a spot, then get enough members there together. Disco checks it from their check-ins.
04

Pay for results

Each Disco Crew that shows up earns the reward. You're charged only for what's earned; the rest of the hold is released.

An opportunity, not an ad

Disco Crews see a clear offer like the one above, never a sponsor badge on their page. You watch attendance as it happens.

  • Battery Supporters ClubSigned up
  • Disco Crews see your place, the time, the reward and how many of them need to come.
  • They claim a spot, so the reward is held for them.
  • During the window you see who signed up and who is there now.
  • The Disco Crews that show up get paid. You never see who was there, only how many.

What you get

  • Groups at your venue at the time you want them, like a game day or a slow night.
  • One-click starts from upcoming games, and the option to repeat it every week.
  • Live attendance: who signed up, who's there now, who showed up.
  • Or offer a group perk instead of cash, like a free appetizer you honor yourself.

What you pay

Your reward per Disco Crew, plus 20% of what Crews actually earn.

  • You set aside the maximum up front. Disco keeps 20% of the rewards Disco Crews earn, at least $10 once one shows up.
  • If no Disco Crew shows up, you get everything back.
  • Group perks are a flat $49.

Good to know

What does claiming my venue do?
It's free. Once Disco verifies you manage the place, you get a Verified check on your venue page, a verified pin on the map, followers and venue activity, and you can run perks and activations there as your venue. Disco reviews claims within a few business days.
Do I have to host an event?
No. You just say where and when, and what Disco Crews get for showing up. Crews come as they normally would to watch the game or hang out.
How do you know a Disco Crew showed up?
Members check in on Disco at your venue. When enough of them are there together during your window, the Disco Crew counts as showing up. You see totals, never names.
Can I choose which Disco Crews?
Yes. Invite specific Disco Crews, or open it to every Crew near your venue and see an estimate of how many that reaches.
What if fewer Disco Crews come than I planned for?
You only pay for the Disco Crews that showed up, plus Disco's 20%. For activations ending within 7 days, Disco holds the maximum and captures only that; the rest is released, and nothing is charged if no Disco Crew comes.
Is this different from an event?
Yes. Posting an event on Disco will be free. An activation is a paid reward that brings Disco Crews to you, and you'll be able to add one to an event later.
